These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IMAGODEI DC website (“Site”), membership, participation in events, and access to related services (“Services”). By applying for membership, attending events, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in IMAGODEI DC programs.

1. Membership

Membership is by application, invitation, or approval only. We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
Membership benefits (including access to the estate, vehicles, or special programs) are privileges, not entitlements, and may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and availability.
Members must keep account and contact information accurate and up to date.

2. Events & Programs

Attendance at IMAGODEI DC events, retreats, or programs may require advance registration, RSVP, or payment.
Event details, programming, and availability are subject to change without notice. IMAGODEI DC reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events at its discretion.
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and courtesy. Disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from events and suspension of membership privileges.

3. Estate & Facility Use

Use of the IMAGODEI DC estate, including vehicles such as the Rolls Royce Phantom, is subject to prior approval, availability, and specific terms.
Facilities may be used for approved purposes only (e.g., interviews, recordings, or professional projects) and must comply with all house rules.
Any damage, misuse, or violation of estate-use policies may result in liability for repair costs, suspension of privileges, or termination of membership.

4. Payments & Fees

Membership fees, subscriptions, or event ticket costs must be paid in full and on time.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. IMAGODEI DC does not store full payment details directly.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by IMAGODEI DC, including but not limited to text, images, branding, logos, event designs, and media, is the property of IMAGODEI DC or its partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any IMAGODEI DC content without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Participation in IMAGODEI DC programs and use of facilities is voluntary and at your own risk.
IMAGODEI DC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or claim arising from participation in events, travel, wellness activities, or use of facilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, access to Services, or use of the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct inconsistent with the spirit of IMAGODEI DC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington, D.C.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued participation in IMAGODEI DC after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
