IMAGODEI DC — Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or submitting an application for an IMAGODEI DC event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Invitation, Application & Admission Discretion

IMAGODEI DC events are curated, values-shaped experiences and may operate on an invite-only or application-based basis.

IMAGODEI DC reserves the sole and absolute right to review, validate, and approve all ticket submissions or applications prior to confirming admission. Submission of payment or application does not guarantee entry unless and until approval is granted by IMAGODEI DC.

IMAGODEI DC further reserves the right to decline, revoke, or cancel admission at its discretion where an applicant or attendee is determined not to be aligned with the nature, values, or integrity of the event. This discretion exists solely to preserve the intentional atmosphere, guest experience, and integrity of IMAGODEI DC gatherings.

Refund Handling for Declined Applications

In the event an application or ticket submission is declined prior to final confirmation of admission, IMAGODEI DC will issue a full refund of the ticket purchase price, less any non-recoverable processing or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe following notice of declination. No additional compensation, damages, or claims shall arise from such declination.

Once admission has been confirmed, all tickets are subject to the Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy set forth herein.

2. Ticket Purchase & Admission

Tickets are sold on a per-person or per-couple basis, as specified at time of purchase.
Admission is granted only to the named ticket holder(s).
IMAGODEI DC reserves the right to request valid identification upon entry.
Seating is intentionally limited and allocated at the discretion of IMAGODEI DC.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except where required by law.
Tickets may not be resold, reassigned, or transferred without prior written consent from IMAGODEI DC.

4. Event Format & Experience

IMAGODEI DC events are designed as curated, ritualistic experiences, unfolding in defined moments.
Program elements (including music, performances, dining sequence, and storytelling) may be adjusted at the discretion of IMAGODEI DC to preserve the integrity of the experience.
Timing and flow are intentional; late arrival may result in delayed or limited entry.

5. Dress Code

Where specified, events are Black Tie or formal attire.
Guests are expected to dress in alignment with the spirit and standards of the event.
IMAGODEI DC reserves the right to deny entry to guests whose attire does not meet event requirements.

6. Conduct & Respect

IMAGODEI DC is a values-shaped space built on dignity, respect, and meaningful connection.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other attendees, staff, performers, and the venue.
Disruptive, disorderly, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
IMAGODEI DC reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct compromises the experience, without refund.

7. Photography & Recording

Personal photography may be permitted at select moments.
Professional photography, videography, or audio recording is not permitted without prior written approval.
By attending, guests acknowledge that IMAGODEI DC may capture non-identifying photography or footage for archival or promotional purposes.

8. Food, Beverage & Allergies

Food and beverage offerings are curated as part of the experience.
Dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance; accommodations are not guaranteed.
IMAGODEI DC is not responsible for allergic reactions where notice has not been provided.

9. Privacy Policy

IMAGODEI DC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Personal information collected during ticket purchase or application is used solely for event administration, communication, and guest experience purposes.
Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers; IMAGODEI DC does not store full payment card details.
IMAGODEI DC does not sell or trade personal data.
Guests may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

10. Force Majeure

IMAGODEI DC shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government orders, emergencies, or unforeseen events. In such cases, IMAGODEI DC may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements at its discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. IMAGODEI DC shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your ticket purchase or application submission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

IMAGODEI DC events are intentionally intimate, curated, and meaning-driven.
These Terms & Conditions exist not to restrict the experience, but to protect the integrity, atmosphere, and care that define every gathering hosted within this space.
